Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India.
The word Yoga is derived from Sanskrit and it means to join or to unite. Yoga
symbolises the unity of the body and the consciousness and is now being practised
by millions worldwide.
In connection with the International Yoga Day on June 21, 2018, Punnamada
Resorts is conducting a Yoga Awareness Program, starting June 13, 2018.
Unveiled for one and all, this program offers a unique opportunity for individuals
to empower themselves with the yogic practices, designed by our in-house yoga
